Instagram has just released a brand new feature, IGTV, which allows users to broadcast videos up to 60 minutes in vertical format. The new feature is perceived as Instagram moving to become a direct competitor to YouTube, in the sense that it is encouraging its users to publish ‘vlogger’ format videos with IGTV.
